Membership is open to any hardworking man or woman residing or working in Nairobi County who are above 18 years of age.
- Obtain a Membership Form: You can download it from our Download link or pick one up at our office located at Nellea Plaza opposite Total Petrol Station Ngara 3rd floor room F3.1.3
- Complete the Form: Fill in all required details accurately. If you have any questions just contact us for further assistance.
- Attach Required Documents: Please include copies of your National ID/Passport, KRA PIN certificate, and passport photo.
- Pay the Registration Fee and Minimum Share Capital: The current registration fee is Ksh 1500 and the minimum share capital is Ksh 500. Payment can be made via M-Pesa Paybill, bank transfer.
- Submit Your Application: Bring the completed form, documents, and proof of payment to our office.
- Membership Approval: Your application will be reviewed by the membership committee, and you will be notified of the outcome within a few business days.
Share capital is your ownership stake in Ushindi Biashara Sacco LTD. It’s a non-refundable contribution that makes you a member and entitles you to benefits like voting rights and dividends (when declared). The minimum share capital required is Ksh 1500.
